Job Description
Quality Lead Salary up to £(phone number removed) + benefits Fully remote Our client is a Regulatory body looking for Quality Lead to join a newly formed Quality Assurance team. The Quality Lead postholder will provide Quality Assurance, ensure an appropriate framework is in place to maintain the quality of the clients decision-making and wider casework, and contribute to policy reviews, regular assurance exercises and training for new and existing caseworkers relating to Quality. Experience required: Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering Quality Assurance using QA methodologies, ideally in a complaints/ casework environment Experience of dispute resolution and complaint handling Experience of delivering against set targets and KPI's
