Supply Teacher – Primary School – Walthamstow Location: Walthamstow, East London Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Supply / Flexible About the Role Destination Education is currently seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and well-managed primary schools in Walthamstow. This role is ideal for teachers who are looking for flexibility while still making a positive impact in the classroom. Opportunities range from day-to-day cover to short-term and longer-term placements, depending on availability and school requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining continuity of learning, delivering pre-planned lessons, and ensuring a positive, well-managed classroom environment in line with each school’s policies and expectations. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. Maintain a positive and well-structured classroom environment. Follow school policies and procedures effectively. Ensure pupil engagement and continuity of learning throughout the day. Manage behaviour in line with school expectations. Provide clear feedback to the school at the end of each assignment.The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or equivalent. Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school. Is flexible, reliable, and confident in different classroom settings. Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills.
