Location: Fully Remote Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 base + £7,000 bonus Tired of high street churn or feeling like just another fee earner? You’ll handle quality work rather than endless volume, with the autonomy to run your own caseload and the backing of a well structured support model. The firm operates with dedicated teams in place, including a New Business Team that manages client care, payments on account and AML identity checks, a Post Completions Team and Relationship and Account Managers. This structure allows fee earners to focus on progressing files and delivering a great client experience.
