Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out Contractor (London) Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + package Location: London Working Pattern: 5 days per week on site or in the office Project Values: Up to £3m Availability: Immediate starters considered A well-established London-based fit-out contractor, turning over circa £150m, is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to continued workload and a strong secured pipeline. The business delivers high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and is known for repeat clients, long-standing relationships, and a hands-on commercial approach. Role & Responsibilities Full end-to-end commercial management of projects, from estimating and procurement through to final accounts Preparing cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts Procurement of subcontract packages and supplier management Valuations, variations, and change control Monthly cost reporting and commercial reviews Managing subcontractor accounts and leading final account negotiations Working closely with project managers and site teams to drive commercial performance Attending site, client, and internal commercial meetings as required Experience Required Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within fit-out / interiors / refurbishment Comfortable managing smaller value projects up to £3m autonomously Strong knowledge of commercial control, procurement strategies, and final accounts Able to work 5 days per week on site or in the office Commercially astute, proactive, and confident dealing with clients and subcontractors What's on Offer Salary of £70,000 - £85,000, dependent on experience Competitive package Stable, reputable contractor with a strong London presence Opportunity to manage projects from cradle to grave, not a siloed role Immediate start available for the right individual
