Senior Home Manager – Supported Leadership in EBD Care Birmingham | Up to £60,000 + £5,000 Bonus + Incentives Specialist EBD service in Birmingham – part of a wider, well-resourced care group. As Senior Home Manager, you won’t be expected to carry everything alone – you’ll be supported to build a resilient team around you and lead from a place of confidence.
