We are seeking a forward thinking and experienced Travel and Events Specialist to join a dynamic company based in London. The ideal Travel and Events Specialist will be responsible for providing high end personal lifestyle support and travel and events management. This role would suit a confident travel professional who is organised and enjoys working in a busy and fast paced environment with experience in handling travel/events or is a PA with excellent negotiation skills. Travel and Events Specialist Duties: * Complex diary management across different time zones. * Extensive travel management and provision of expert advice and recommendations on worldwide luxury destinations. * Staying current on trends and curated retreats to offer a bespoke service. * Handling all bookings, including flights, hotels, private transportation, experiences and fine dining reservations. * Meticulously planning every aspect of travel and events to ensure a perfect, seamless experience. * Creating detailed, travel plans and itineraries. * Negotiating with hotels, tour operators and other suppliers to secure the best value and in line with budgets set. * Ability to organise and manage social engagements and events. * Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism * Manage personal appointments (e.g. medical, legal, wellness, * family). Travel and Events Specialist – Essential Experience required: * Solid experience and knowledge of the travel industry. * Impeccable discretion, loyalty, and professionalism. * Extensive experience with lifestyle planning and executing high profile events, from intimate dinners to large-scale social gatherings. * Experience working across multiple time zones, with a flexible approach to scheduling and availability. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. * Fully IT literate and technology savvy in all aspects of modern technology. * Solution focused with the ability to resolve issues promptly. * Commercial acumen and a ‘can do’ attitude. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Excellent negotiation skills. * A self-starter, high level of motivation, ability to work independently
