Helpdesk Administrator * £25,000 - £28,000 * Based in Kingswood * Excellent benefits Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected company based in Kingswood for an enthusiastic and proactive Helpdesk Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach. You’ll be a key part of a close-knit team, where strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude are essential—along with a healthy sense of humour and the ability to enjoy office banter while getting the job done. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and manage engineers’ daily work schedules, including both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks * Handle general administrative duties such as reviewing reports, filing, and ordering parts using the company system * Provide first-line support to customers via phone and email, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner * Upload and allocate documents to online systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date * Manage diaries and coordinate appointments * Prepare documentation for site audits * Support with administrative tasks including expense forms, tracking holidays/sickness, and managing vehicle service bookings What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role is desirable, though not essential * Strong interpersonal skills—confident, polite, and well-mannered * IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Educated to GCSE level (Grade C or above in English and Maths) * Full UK driving licence required due to the location of the office
