Junior Administrator – Leading Building Services Company Location: Central London Salary: £25,000 per annum Hybrid Working: 1 day from home after probation We are working with a leading Building Services company seeking a Junior Administrator to join their team, supporting contracts across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career within a well-established and supportive organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the contracts and management teams Assist with scheduling, documentation, and data entry Liaise with engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication Maintain records and project documentation in line with company standards Support in preparing reports and tracking ongoing works Key Requirements: Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or facilities management Strong organisational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office packages Proactive and keen to learn Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a professional, growing company where hard work and commitment are recognised.
