We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee and inspire our domiciliary care team in Bournemouth and Dorset. Registered Manager Role? What Registered Manager Do: Manage day-to-day operations of the care service. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulations. Support, coach, and develop care staff to reach their full potential. Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals. Monitor and improve care plans, audits, and quality assurance. Registered Manager We’re Looking For: Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in home care. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it). In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and legislation. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proactive, passionate, and committed to outstanding care. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
