Homeownership Officer – £43,000 | Hybrid | South London Patch Liquid are supporting a brilliant and growing Housing Association looking for a motivated and experienced Homeownership Officer to join their team. Location: Westminster office (covering South London – Wandsworth, Southwark, Merton & Croydon) Salary: £43,000 per annum Working Pattern: Hybrid – typically 2 days in the office (Blackfriars, SE1) Contract Type: Permanent The Role: Manage your own patch of leasehold and shared ownership homes Handle day-to-day enquiries, service charges, resales, subletting, RTAs, and lease extensions Lead on Section 20 consultation and ensure compliance with leasehold law Support residents through disputes, complaints, and tribunal preparation Collaborate with teams across assets, repairs, income, and neighbourhoodsWhat We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leasehold or housing role Strong grasp of leasehold legislation, service charges, and Section 20 Confident, proactive problem-solver who can work independently or as part of a team Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication skillsJoin a high-performing homeownership team where your input is valued and your impact is visible
