Job Description
Job Title: MIG Welder / Fabricator Location: Leicester Area Shift Pattern: Afternoon Shift Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ?16.50 to ?18.50 Overview: We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator. This role is ideal for skilled welders seeking stability, career progression, and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and expanding workshop environment. Key Responsibilities: * Perform MIG welding on a range of steel components and fabrications. * Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings accurately. * Fabricate parts using various hand and power tools. * Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of work. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. * Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Requirements: * Proven experience in MIG welding. * Previous fabrication experience within a workshop environment. * Ability to read and work from engineering drawings. * Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. #MANMP25
